The Muonionalusta meteorite is an octahedrite-class meteorite that fell in Scandinavia (between Sweden and Finland) about 1 million years ago. The fragments were found in 1906 near the village of Kitkiöjärvi. The Muonionalusta meteorite is the oldest ever found.
