Order & Pre-Order Payment

PAYMENT METHODS

DANILOCASCELLA.COM (DCPS) accepts the following payment methods:

PayPal

DCPS accepts payments from PayPal accounts and reserves the right to process orders only if shipped to the verified address associated with the PayPal account.

Credit Card

For online orders, credit card payments are processed through Shopify’s secure banking system. Accepted credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Bank Wire Transfer

If the bank wire transfer option is selected, the CLIENT will receive an email with payment instructions. The merchandise will be reserved until payment is confirmed.

• The CLIENT must send a scanned copy of the bank transfer receipt via email within 48 hours of receiving the payment request.
• If the receipt is not received within 48 hours, the order will be canceled.
• The merchandise will be shipped once the payment has been received in the DCPS bank account and the items are available for shipment.

PRE-ORDER TERMS

For pre-orders, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.

• Payments via credit card or PayPal are charged on the same day the order is placed.
• For bank transfer payments, the deposit must be made within 48 hours of order placement.

DCPS is not responsible for any changes in delivery dates, cancellations, or modifications of pre-ordered items due to supplier production changes.

If the order cannot be fulfilled, the total amount paid in the original transaction will be refunded.
