Modigliani, the elevation of wine
An elegant handmade stemware for red and white wines in borosilicate glass.
The stem, which is about one third longer than usual, makes this a natural pedestal for sipping those delicious nectars that deserve special attention; in addition other innovative details combine the typical roundness of the wine glass with more severe lines, making Modigliani superior stemware.

FRANCESCO PARETTI
Born in Terni, he graduated in industrial design at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome. He has worked as a design and engineering consultant for various companies and designs products for various sectors: interior and exterior furnishings, bathroom products, household and tableware, lighting, consumer electronics, transportation, clothing and accessories for sports, etc.He deals with design from concept to industrialization to production, with proven marketing expertise, raw materials and production technologies.
He has worked as a consultant for design and engineering and marketing for various companies including:
PIETRO BERETTA s.p.a., POLTRONOVA, RADIOMARELLI s.p.a. , ARC.HI.TECH., SLAMP s.p.a. , MOAB80 s.p.a.
He has designed products for different companies in his name or by signing together with important designers and stylists, such as: Nigel Coates, Stefano Giovannoni, Anna Gili, Gay Mattiolo.
Since 2008 he has collaborated with the Municipality of Deruta, for the redevelopment of the ceramic product: marketing strategies, study of materials, design of new products, organization and management of exhibitions including: “Il profumo delle Maioliche” exhibited from 4 July to 30 September 2009 at “Regional ceramics museum of Deruta” and from December 17th to February 22nd 2010 at the “Musèe international de la parfumerie” in the city of Grasse (France).
Win:
in 1997 and 1998 the “SAN VALENTINO ORO” goldsmith prize,
in 2003 the international design competition “APRILIADESIGNPRIZE2002 ″ THE SCOOTER OF THE FUTURE,
in the 2005 special distintion award “INTERNATIONAL ART BIENNALE MALTA 2005”
He carried out teaching activities at:
