10 years after the release of the first perfume of the 1861 Collection, Renaissance, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the unification of Italy, Xerjoff celebrates this year the 160th anniversary by launching Decas.
The name of the fragrance comes from Latin and means decade (from the first launch).
Decas is a composition in which tuberose, tobacco, opoponax and vanilla give a floral and gourmand twist to the citrusy scents of mandarin.
1861 Collection
"If one is our homeland, one should be Italian art". Since 1861, Italy has united the identity of a people who love to define themselves as "poets, saints and navigators", with an extraordinary creative talent written in its DNA.
Developed from a love for aesthetics, the Italian artistic heritage nourishes and refines creativity by permeating every aspect of life. The 150 years mark an important anniversary for Italy and Xerjoff celebrates this moment with the release of XJ 1861, a tribute to the greatness and charm of our country.
