Borosilicate glass transparency allows to observe the cleanliness inside and the double glass wall acts as a thermal insulator.
Oscar samovar can also be used as a piece of beautiful furniture in the living room, spa relax rooms, lounge bars or even in work coffee break areas.

BLUESIDE EMOTIONAL DESIGN

The Blueside Project originated with Roberto Falocci’s passion and initiative.

Steroglass can boast unique unparalleled skilled hands able to finely process and shape glass and whose
great craftsmanship guarantees excellence, thus deserving a key role beyond conventional technical sectors.
All this combined with love for design, music and cuisine, in 2009 resulted in a diversified production and
a commercial project dedicated to design complements to dining,living and jewel world, which take inspiration
from blues and jazz as well as conveying the emotions that inspire a musician on stage and the audience in an
atmospheric performance.

Blueside is all this: music shaped into objects you can touch and use, pure emotions close by.

 

FRANCESCO PARETTI

Born in Terni, he graduated in industrial design at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome. He has worked as a design and engineering consultant for various companies and designs products for various sectors: interior and exterior furnishings, bathroom products, household and tableware, lighting, consumer electronics, transportation, clothing and accessories for sports, etc.

He deals with design from concept to industrialization to production, with proven marketing expertise, raw materials and production technologies.

He has worked as a consultant for design and engineering and marketing for various companies including:
PIETRO BERETTA s.p.a., POLTRONOVA, RADIOMARELLI s.p.a. , ARC.HI.TECH., SLAMP s.p.a. , MOAB80 s.p.a.

He has designed products for different companies in his name or by signing together with important designers and stylists, such as: Nigel Coates, Stefano Giovannoni, Anna Gili, Gai Mattiolo.

Since 2008 he has collaborated with the Municipality of Deruta, for the redevelopment of the ceramic product: marketing strategies, study of materials, design of new products, organization and management of exhibitions including: “Il profumo delle Maioliche” exhibited from 4 July to 30 September 2009 at “Regional ceramics museum of Deruta” and from December 17th to February 22nd 2010 at the “Musèe international de la parfumerie” in the city of Grasse (France).

Win:
in 1997 and 1998 the “SAN VALENTINO ORO” goldsmith prize,
in 2003 the international design competition “APRILIADESIGNPRIZE2002 ″ THE SCOOTER OF THE FUTURE,
in the 2005 special distintion award “INTERNATIONAL ART BIENNALE MALTA 2005”

He carried out teaching activities at:
POLYTECHNIC Milan (MASTER)
POLITECNICO DELLE ARTI “G.B.CIGNAROLI” of VERONA
IED ROME
DOMUS ACCADEMY ROME
Since 2003 he teaches:
“Industrial Design Atelier 3” at the “LA SAPIENZA” University, Rome, “Ludovico Quaroni” Faculty of Architecture

His works have been exhibited in numerous exhibitions of art, ceramics and design.
