Oud Stars is a line entirely dedicated to the traditions of Arab perfumery. The Oud Stars Collection is created with prestigious pure oud distillates from plantations in Laos, Cambodia and Borneo. The extensive research and limited production of the collection has been developed with the firm intention of creating a special line, faithful to the traditions of Arab perfumery, integrating the luxurious style and creativity of Xerjoff perfumes. The name of each perfume has been linked to an ancient book called "voyage" by Ibn Battuta, written in 1325 AD. Ibn Battuta, also known as the greatest traveler ever, described the life and culture of many cities from North Africa to the Far East, leaving a great written record of that period. Zafar, Al-khatt, Mamluk, Gao, Zanzibar and Fars are names of ancient cities, chosen precisely as the names of the collection.
